Run your calling day from a chat with Claude: see who's next, get briefed, dial, and say how it went — Claude logs it in Current. Setup takes about two minutes and works on any Claude plan.
You'll need a Current account — it's free. Start free or sign in, then follow the steps below.
Current is a listed connector in Claude's directory. Open Customize → Connectors, search Current CRM, open it and press Connect. It's the same in the Claude desktop app and on claude.ai, and once connected it works on your phone too.
You're on a Team or Enterprise plan, where an owner turns connectors on for everyone. Press Request and your owner is asked; or ask them to open Organization settings → Connectors, add Current CRM, and then you press Connect.
Add it by address instead: in Customize → Connectors press +, choose Add custom connector, name it Current and paste https://currentcrm.io/mcp, then press Add. It works exactly the same. The Free plan allows one custom connector; if you've used it, remove another first. If there's an Advanced settings section asking for a client ID, leave it empty.
That keeps working — it shows under Custom in your connectors, and nothing needs changing. To switch to the listed one, remove the custom connector, then press Connect on Current CRM and Allow it again.
An older layout — same place. Open Settings, then Connectors, and search there.
Claude opens a Current page asking “Let Claude use your Current account?” Check the workspace it names, then press Allow. You're sent back to Claude, connected.
Sign in the way you normally do. You come straight back to the Allow page afterwards.
Press Cancel. In Current, switch to the workspace you want (the name at the top of the sidebar), then connect again from Claude.
The Allow page was open more than a few minutes. Start again from Claude's connector — press Connect on it.
Remove the connector in Claude and add it again with the address above, exactly — no extra slash at the end.
Make sure Current is switched on for the chat, then ask something like "What's on my call list today?" Looking things up runs straight away. Anything that changes Current — logging a call, adding a note, setting a follow-up — Claude asks you to approve first, so nothing is written without you seeing it.
Current isn't on in this chat. Switch it on under + → Connectors, or say "use Current" in your message.
Current learns your time zone from your browser. Open Current once — any page — and Claude will use your local time from then on.
Talk the way you would to someone sitting next to you. A few that work well:
Claude can't delete prospects, see your Twilio or email keys, or place a call on its own — you always click to dial. It only logs what you tell it happened. Marking someone do-not-contact is permanent, so it asks first.
When you say "call them", Claude gives you a link that dials the way you've chosen under Settings → Calling:
When you hang up, tell Claude how it went and it logs the outcome and brings up the next prospect.
